Offshore Fenders Limited (OFL) was founded by shareholders who are active in STS activity, fast ferry services, bunkering, ship repairs and ship agency. We have built strong relationships and networks with leading oil and shipping companies. This helps us ensure that the services we provide, utilises quality assured companies, equipment and a shared knowledge base from across the industry.
All STS services are executed following careful planning, with proper co –ordination and communication, and an extremely well trained team of experienced staff.
Safety is our priority and all ship to ship operations are carried out with Guidelines set out by the Oil Companies International Maritime Forum (OCIMF).
Our qualified Mooring Masters are among the best in the sector; fully certified, diversely experienced, and are subject to regular performance audits according to the latest STS standards.
Our STS operations are carried out using exclusively Yokohama equipment deployed from the company’s launches.
